Product Appearance and Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to display products and printed colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, device type, lighting, fabric, substrate, ink, material, and manufacturing batch.

Product dimensions, weights, colors, and specifications may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use are not necessarily considered defects.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers are responsible for all artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, names, and other content they upload or provide to Fast Printing NJ.

By submitting content, the customer confirms that:

They own the content or have permission to reproduce and use it
The requested use does not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited
They are authorized to place the order and request production

The customer grants Fast Printing NJ a limited, nonexclusive license to reproduce, resize, process, store, and otherwise use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to review, produce, fulfill, and maintain records relating to the order.

Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Fast Printing NJ.

Fast Printing NJ is not responsible for independently verifying ownership of customer-submitted content. We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe violates another party’s rights, applicable law, or our business policies. If we cancel an unproduced order for this reason, any appropriate refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for claims or losses resulting from content they submitted without the necessary ownership, permission, or authorization.
